The Cistercian Abbey at Abbeyshrule, County Longford, Ireland,
from the south-west. The aisle-less church's crossing tower (centre) is fragile
but still standing as is part of the east (left) and north wall as well as a
17th century church built within the presbytery (right). In the foreground is
the space which would have held the cloister arcade and garth and other building
within the monastery complex.
