Roman tomb relief of the Publius Cessius family from Via Cassia, near Viterbo, dating to c.50 BC. The centre figure, the eldest, is Publius Cessius. He is flanked by a woman Gessia Fausta and a younger man Gessius Primus - both were freed slaves previously owned by Publius Cessius. The monument was set-up by Gessia Fausta with money provided form the will of Gessius Primus.
