Cistercian Abbey of Holycross, County Tipperary, Ireland. This narrow passageway gave access from the outside of the complex, on the northern side, into the cloister arcade and garth. The ground-level of the exterior is higher than the interior. The doorway gives access into the barrel vaulted cellar (currently used as a shop).
