Night stairs in the Cistercian Abbey of Holycross, County Tipperary, Ireland.
These stairs gave access from the Monk's dormitory, on the upper
floor of the south range, into the south transept so that Monks could
move into the church for night services without having to leave the complex. The
upper floors of both the east and west ranges are currently used for
pilgrim's accommodation.
